It's hard to say as there are just too many variables that I can't be arsed to list, but one would be the price could be pushed up if more than one club are interested, but your valuations are probably not too far off the mark.
Would probably agree that with ED that Bowen isn't at the Liverpool level and don't see him leaving.

Rice's ability to play at centre half should also add to his value.
If he does go i would like to see Soucek replace him as captain as i believe its a role he would relish and would maybe even bring out an extra 5 or 10 percent.
He would run through a brick wall for the club and would no doubt encourage those around him to do the same.
Another quality out and out holding midfielder would also give him & Rice licence to roam forward more (allbeit in a different formation) which is somewhat curtailed at the moment.

If West Ham fans had suggested Trevor Brooking and Alan Devonshire could fuck off when they were at the peak of their talent, true West Ham fans would have started a riot.

I personally think he’s worth more than that as well, but I’m not sure I see anyone paying a lot more than that for him unless he’s got an England cap to his name. Liverpool only paid 40 odd for Jota.

All depends on what we could do with the money we'd get for the 2 of them. If we get 50m for Bowen and Moyes and Newman can find a suitable replacement for half of that then it's good business. However with the investment from Kretinsky I wouldn't sell neither of them unless they really want to leave

It’s inevitable that Rice will leave one day as he needs to be playing at the very top level. Even if we qualified for the Champions League, a player of his stature needs to be challenging to win it, not just be in it. He knows that, his agent knows that and the club know that.
With that in mind, we need to ensure that we get as much money as possible for him and have some sort of replacement lined up. He can’t be directly replaced but the money could be used to strengthen the team/squad elsewhere if possible.
As for Bowen, he’s worth way more than £30-35m. We paid just over £20m for him so it’s not like he’s suddenly become a great player. He was a brilliant prospect when we signed him and now he’s shown that he can do it in the Premier League. The bidding for Bowen should start at around £45-50m if anyone is seriously interested.
Ideally we’d keep them both and continue to build but they will both have ambitions, especially Rice. It’s great to have a lot of decent players for once instead of journeymen and makeweights.

The more I think about it if Rice won’t sign a new deal would keep him until his contract is up rather than sell for 100 plus million.
He’s irreplaceable imo.

And you have to factor in how much the player has been tapped up, leading them to start becoming disruptive and trying to force a move through- particularly to only one preferred destination. That will also lower the price somewhat.
But I agree if Grealish was 100m and Maguire 80m, it puts Rice firmly in that bracket if not even above it slightly. Grealish dazzles sometimes or can be invisible. Rice runs every game he plays.
Bowen I think we’d ‘only’ get 30-35 mill for. Should he wear an England shirt while still a West Ham player, then you can probably slap 50m plus on him as a price tag.

Rice will be gone if we don't win the Europa League. He has gone beyond a level that everyone expected, I thought he'd be top class, but he's becoming world class, so there's no way he'll stay if we're not in the Champions League next season, and he deserves it.
I didn't think we'd get £100mil for him, but now I'd say £120mil.
Bowen won't go anywhere. We are his level, he's brilliant for us, but he's not quite at the level to be a regular starter for Liverpool, so they won't be paying what we would see as value for a bench warmer.

For the record I’d rather keep both and invest, for me I’d rather have the players than the money but if the big clubs come calling and we aren’t in champions league - those players heads will both be turned. Young, hungry and ambitious.

Advertised price
Rice £140m deal at £120m
Bowen £60m deal at £50m
Chelsea or Man City for Rice
Liverpool for Bowen.
Be absolutely gutted to see them leave - buying more than 3 or 4 and integrating them is hard work. If they both go, no matter who we sign I see a season of adaptation ahead.

Regardless of value the big problem is replacing them with players with the same quality, potential and work ethic
You always pay a premium for british players and those from abroad often take time to settle in both on and off the pitch..
We should be looking at trying to hold on to both and adding quality players to play alongside them.
Bowen should be easier to keep hold of than Rice and he can continue his development amongst a progressive team where forn permitting he will play week in week out.
I dont see the likes of Man utd Tottenham or Arsenal being anything other than a sideways move and going to any of the other three may well result in less game time and form could suffer accordingly.
In order to have any realistic chance of keeping Rice he needs to be shown that the investment and quality is there for him to achieve his goals at West Ham and become an absolute club legend in the process.
If we could hold onto those two and next year find a top class goalkeeper centre half and striker we would be bang there im sure.
Far easier said than done of course.

We don’t get any of the money and football doesn’t end so I’ll leave it to the clubs to sort out.
If a player doesn’t want to play for us then sell them. If a player does want to play for us and we need them then keep them.

An outsider would look at Bowen and would see that West Ham bought a player from the Championship who isn't an international. So in their mind, he is probably worth no more than £30m.
But anyone from inside the club would see that we have a player that is getting better and better who isn't even in his prime. A player that is under contract until 2025 at a club in Europe who don't need to sell.
In my mind he is worth an absolute minimum of £50m. But I wouldn't even take £50m, He realistically isn't worth say £70m, but that is the kind of offer I would be looking at.
Although Rice is easily worth £100m-£120m to us, most clubs won't be prepared to spend that much and the price will continue to drop the longer it goes without him signing a new contract. But I reckon he will go this summer for around £90m plus add ons.
